Phil recived his BFA at the School of Visual Arts in 2007. Before attending SVA Phil did free lance graphic design work and improved his people skills filling temp position in customer service .Phils work has been published in The Visual Opinion and will be printed in The SVA portfolio 28 as well as the '07 Cartooning Portfolio magazine.
